Choosing the right tax structure is one of the most important steps when starting a business. Our firm will work with your attorney to ensure you choose the correct structure for your business.
Our firm can assist with completing the appropriate tax elections, as well as obtaining the Employer Identification Number (EIN) for the company or the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for the Non-Resident Alien. Our Firm can also assist with the preparation of the FIRPTA Forms 8288 or 8288-B.
Our Firm is an IRS-Authorized Acceptance Agent, which allows us to certify Foreign Passports and Birth Certificates for dependents when applying for the ITIN application, Form W7. We also provide Public Notary Services for our clients.
